Our family stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and dining options.

I loved that we could easily wander to the Coldwater Antique Mall, just a little over 3 km away, and the nearby Children's Museum of Branch County was perfect for a fun afternoon, making our family weekend nice despite the minor setback with room lighting.

The pancake printer at breakfast is a fun, unique touch that really wowed the kids. The hotel's location right off the interstate made it easy to stop for the night, and the facility looked new and well-maintained.

The pool was closed for maintenance, which left a disappointment for a family hoping to swim. Hallways had a musty smell that could trigger allergies, while the bathroom floor was sticky and not as clean as expected. The lighting in the queen room was inadequate. It was hard to navigate or read at night without sufficient lamps. There were minor cleanliness and maintenance issues that detracted from what could've been a better experience.

The Holiday Inn Express was charmingly decorated, and the ground floor access made it easy for me to come and go without hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us all to relax .

Comfortable beds, good location, with convenient access to Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport, and a lovely breakfast that features delicious cinnamon rolls kept us satisfied .
